SHIPPING POLICY
Sugar Coated Wheels ships to physical addresses within the state of Georgia. We do not ship to PO boxes or APOs. The minimum order size for shipping is $30. Shipping fees are based on UPS ground shipping rates from our address. Due to our shipment method, we do not ship for arrival on Sundays or Mondays.
Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination. Sugar Coated Wheels cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays due to inclement weather. Sugar Coated Wheels will provide you with a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY POLICY
Sugar Coated Wheels delivers to physical addresses within a 6-mile radius of the Sugar Coated Wheels delivery location. The delivery fee is $5, and a minimum order for delivery is $30. We request that all delivery orders be placed by 5PM the day prior to delivery. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, please contact us to see if you are located in a nearby exception area. Additional charges may apply.
CURBSIDE PICKUP POLICY
Sugar Coated Wheels requests that all pickup orders be placed by 5PM the day prior to pick up. For large orders, additional advance notice is appreciated. Sugar Coated Wheels will provide you with a pick up time window via email once your order is ready for pickup. If the delivery window is inconvenient, we are willing to set up the next best available pick up time window.
CATERING POLICY
Sugar Coated Wheels requests that all catering orders be placed at least a week in advance. You can submit your order by phone or leave a detailed message when completing the Catering Inquiry form page. A detailed quote will be sent to the email address provided. Once you have approved the quote, an invoice for payment will be sent to the email address provided. All orders must be paid in full at the time of payment. Shipping and delivery fees will be applied is selected.
